Program and Curriculum examples:
Suzuki Strings Program
Young beginners, ages 3 through 10, normally start in the Suzuki Method. Experience shows that this is a highly successful method with young students. Using this approach, young beginners get comfortable with the mechanics involved in playing by learning several specially selected songs by rote. Once students have acquired an adequate amount of technical proficiency and read music they may move into the Royal Conservatory Music Certificate Program.
